Finca Nicoletta is a magnificent property hidden in the countryside near Sant Josep, nestled in an unspoiled setting among olive groves, fruit trees, palm trees, and giant cacti. The impression is of living in a paradise secluded from the world, yet remaining a short distance from the amenities offered by the nearby town. Many excellent beaches are easily accessible without overly strenuous travel.
The original architecture of the finca has been fully preserved after the refined renovation work by a renowned designer, capturing the full magic and Ibiza-style essence. The property features two pools, one rectangular-shaped at the back and another irregularly shaped on the main terrace, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers for guests' relaxation. It's accompanied by an inviting dining area with an outdoor kitchen and all the amenities to spend moments of pure relaxation while savoring some delicacies prepared by our chefs.
The interiors of the property are difficult to describe in words. All the rooms and the main finca itself are independent spaces in full respect of tradition, furnished extremely personally and rich in detail. Each room is different, with colors and customizations that make them completely distinct from each other. The atmosphere is chic and refined, with all the technological amenities discreetly integrated into this almost rural context.
