El Patio is a charming, traditional-style property located in the residential area overlooking Cala Carbo. From this position, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset and the mystical Es Vedrà. Of course, the beach below, with its crystal-clear waters, is just a short walk away, where two excellent local restaurants serve their delicacies right by the sea.
Outside, there is a main building and a spacious guest house with four bedrooms, set a short distance away in the garden. Guests can enjoy a lovely private pool, surrounded by comfortable loungers, as well as a shaded relaxation area, perfect for taking in the view with a cocktail in hand. At the back, you'll find a beautiful dining area equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, also ideally positioned to admire the stunning sea view.
Inside, El Patio showcases an eclectic style, with numerous details and touches that give character to each space. The common areas are comfortable and connected to the outdoors via large sliding doors, allowing plenty of sea breeze and sunlight to flow through. The bedrooms are split between the main house and the guest house, with special attention given to the two children's rooms, each featuring four cozy bunk beds and connected to each other — an ideal setup for the little ones to have fun.
