Larimar

Larimar is a delightful private summer residence located in the area of Cap De Barbaria, positioned on a large plot of land where Ruby and Sapphire find space as well – both being also part of our portfolio. The Mediterranean bush surrounding the property grants privacy and tranquillity in one of the most fascinating areas of Formentera.

Externally the private pool plays a central role surrounded by its comfortable sun beds while a functional dining area was conceived a few steps away, easily accessible from the kitchen and shaded by a charming pergola to ensure a cool environment even during the summer's hottest days.

Larimar is developed on a single floor, true to the island’s architecture, with warm colors featured outdoors while indoors all modern comforts are at guests’ disposal in airy and luminous spaces.

The living room spills directly onto the pool area and most of the bedrooms are accessible also from the exteriors. Larimar is a cosy and enjoyable property, perfectly fit for groups of friends or families with children given the simple and all-on-one-floor layout, or even for larger groups looking to share their holidays together by combining it with Ruby and Sapphire.
